1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and ybaje ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ybaje website and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and specialty games. By registering an account or using any part of the ybaje platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of ybaje or any of its affiliated partners.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the platform.

4. Account Registration and Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ybaje. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension and forfeiture of all associated accounts and balances.

KYC Verification

ybaje is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any time during your use of the platform:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad wallet registered in your name).
• Source of funds documentation, where required by our compliance team.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ybaje will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Transactions in other currencies may be subject to conversion at prevailing rates. ybaje reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.

• ybaje reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, pending investigation.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer and the general provisions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a welcome bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳20,000 in total bets before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Abuse

ybaje operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. The following activities, whether carried out individually or in combination with others, are considered abuse and will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and, at ybaje's discretion, permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Placing low-risk or hedged bets that mathematically guarantee bonus withdrawal regardless of game outcome.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to artificially manipulate game outcomes or bonus eligibility.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on ybaje are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. In cases of dispute, the decision of ybaje's trading and risk management team is final. General betting rules applicable across all markets are set out below.

Accepted Bets

A bet is only accepted once it has been confirmed by the ybaje system and a bet reference number has been issued. ybaje reserves the right to void bets placed on events or markets that are affected by obvious errors in odds, technical faults, or data feed disruptions. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

Suspicious or Irregular Play

ybaje employs proprietary fraud detection systems to identify suspicious or irregular play patterns. Where such patterns are detected, ybaje reserves the right to:

• Withhold payment pending investigation.
• Void any bets placed in connection with suspected fraud or manipulation.
• Permanently close the account and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session time reminders: receive notifications after set intervals of play.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ybaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, multi-accounting, or fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• At the player's own request, including requests for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, ybaje reserves the right to withhold any funds remaining in the account. Where closure is not due to a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completed KYC verification.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ybaje and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or interruption of service. ybaje's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

ybaje makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ybaje platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, and game content, is the property of ybaje or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without the prior written consent of ybaje.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ybaje platform shall first be submitted to ybaje's customer support team for resolution. ybaje aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration rather than litigation, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this clause limits ybaje's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ybaje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ybaje will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of ybaje following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version of these Terms, identified by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, supersedes all prior versions.
